If you're sending a recording, 30–60 seconds of clean speech is ideal — one person talking, no music or background noise behind it. Clean matters far more than long: twenty good seconds beat three noisy minutes. You can also drop the file in the box at the top of this page.
Takes about 45 seconds. Your phone's voice recorder is fine — just be somewhere quiet, hold it a hand's width away, and read at your normal speaking pace. Don't perform it.
Then add one more sentence in your own words — anything about your business, unscripted. Reading aloud flattens people's natural rhythm, so that last unscripted line is what tells us how you actually talk. Saying your own brand name also means we'll never mispronounce it.
What should actually appear on the finished piece — phone number, QR code, etc. Leave blank if it doesn't need any.
